At Bones Coffee Company, we want you to love every sip. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact our support team within 30 days of delivery for a resolution.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our support squad via email with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange request.

    Review Product Eligibility

    Please note that due to the perishable nature of coffee, we generally cannot accept returns on opened bags, but we will always aim to make it right.

  • 3.
    Prepare Your Package

    If a return is authorized for merchandise or unopened coffee, securely package the items in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  • 4.
    Receive Your Refund or Replacement

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your fresh replacement immediately.
